At Alexis Russell, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase; if you are not, we offer returns or exchanges on unworn, non-customized pieces within 14 days of delivery. Please note that custom designs and resized rings are final sale and cannot be returned.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer service team via email with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

• 2.
  Secure Packaging

  Place your item in its original Alexis Russell jewelry box and pack it securely inside a shipping box with all original documentation included.

• 3.
  Ship with Insurance

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label or use a carrier of your choice with full insurance and tracking to ensure your return arrives safely at our studio.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our team inspects the item to ensure it is in its original condition, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
